How Our Online Consultation Works

  • Initial Setup

    Both you and your child will need to be present for the consultation. It’s important to have your child on hand so our physiotherapist can assess their feet in real time.

  • Foot Assessment

    We will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your child’s feet. During this time, we will walk you through every step to ensure you understand the process and can address any questions you may have.

  • Foot Measurements

    Accurate measurements are key to getting the right fit. We will guide you on how to measure your child’s feet correctly. Don’t worry—no special equipment is needed; all you need is a measuring tape, and we’ll explain each step to make it simple and stress-free.

  • Custom Fitting

    Based on the consultation and measurements, we will adjust a custom pair of Solemaids insoles tailored to your child’s feet. These insoles are carefully crafted to provide optimal support and comfort.

  • Shipping

    After the consultation, we will ship the custom insoles directly to your home. Shipping is included in the consultation fee, so there’s no additional cost to you.

Meet Per, Your Expert Guide at the Online Consultation

You will be meeting Per at your online consultation. Per is a physiotherapist, the Founder of Solemaids and the inventor of the Solemaids insoles. He has worked with foot- and running related problems in his practice for almost 25 years. Per speaks Danish, English and German, and is passionate about helping families get back to pain-free activity.

How do I book an online consultation?

Go to our booking page here. 
Choose a date and time that suits you in the calendar, and enter your details. 
Once you’ve filled out the form, you will receive an email with a link for your consultation. 

What should I do to prepare for the consultation?

Please make sure to measure the length of your child’s feet, and the insoles of their current sports shoes before the consultation. 

How much do the insoles cost?

The insoles, including the consultation and shipping is 215 €. 

How long does it take for the insoles to arrive?

The insoles typically arrive within a week. We ship the insoles from Denmark the same day as your consultation. 

Can I buy the insoles without a consultation?

No. The Solemaids insoles can only be purchased through a consultation. This allows us to tailor the fit and support to your child’s exact needs – which is why Solemaids insoles are different from anything else on the market.

What do I need for the consultation?

Our consultations are held via Google Meet. You need a working camera and speaker/microphone on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. 

What language is the consultation held in?

The Consultation can be held in English or German. You don’t need to speak the language perfectly, we will manage as long as you have a good understanding.
